ORIS Warranty

SENDING YOUR WATCH FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
                                                                                                                                            
When you purchase a new Oris watch you will automatically get a two-year warranty. If, however, your watch isn’t performing as it should, you can send the watch to our
service center
for repair.

To make sure the process goes smoothly, please:

  • Use the application form, or at least put a note of your watch reference number, date of purchase, serial number, name, address, country, phone number, email address, and the reason for servicing with your watch
  • Package your watch in a generic rigid container. Do NOT send the original box. Make sure there is plenty of padding within your package to protect the watch
  • Include your valid warranty card (it will be returned to you)
  • Always send packages by a registered courrier service of your choice
  • We do not provide reception confirmation, please use your tracking number
  • We will contact you if necessary. If not, we will simply return the watch to you
